Sunny Fungcap mom, lifestyle & wellness coach, and self-help author based in New York City. She has also been featured in Pregnancy and Newborn Magazine and the Journal of Telemedicine and e-health for her work. She is the co-author of the published article: Integration strategy for e-ICU: A Narrative Review and Implementation Plan.  Her mission is to share what has worked for many single moms, women, and underrepresented communities looking to increase opportunities to fulfill dreams regardless of race, color, creed, and circumstance. In a unique and inspiring way, Sunny writes, not just for the single mom, but all women and underrepresented communities, to help them achieve the best version of themselves. Her goal is to inspire, guide, and share resources. In previous years, Sunny worked as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and has earned her MPA within the US, and an MA in ehealth Management from Italy post- pandemic.

Sunny has worked in the healthcare arena as a nonprofit leader, workshop facilitator, and a Technical SME within several top NYC and Midwest healthcare institutions. This has enabled her to work directly with OBGYN providers and Wellness departments to improve digital health and patient care for women. She is also a professional holistic health practitioner and former entertainer.

 

While working as a Pre-K teacher, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, wellness coach, and human services administrator, she had also been raising her daughter on her own. Furthermore, through the practicing of guiding principles outlined in her work, along with her using the experience in early childhood, she continues to promote empowering lifestyle changes to improve overall wellness among underrepresented women and single moms everywhere.
